Corona Virus Update
In light of the current situation with the Corona Virus (COVID-19), Smith Law believes it needs to protect the health and safety of its employees and clients. To that end we will be implementing the following protocols:
* We still want to provide the best customer service to our clients while promoting the idea of minimizing contacts. To that end we ask clients if they are not feeling well to please stay home. We are happy to reschedule appointments or offer phone or Skype appointments so that you don’t feel obligated to come into the office. Even if you are feeling okay, we want to offer phone or Skype appointments to minimize the need to leave your home. With all the technology at our fingertips, we will strive to provide the same level of service, even if it can’t be face to face.
* If you need to make a payment, please only come to the office if a cash payment is being made. We accept payment in various ways including mailing in checks or money orders and paying either by phone or on our site with debit or credit cards.
* Our staff has been instructed to refrain from shaking hands or other personal contact and we will be doing our part to keep our office cleaned and wiped down.
We understand that things are continuously changing and being updated with this situation and we will stay current with the latest information.
